"Art by the Foot" is a silent auction sponsored by the Lake Chelan Arts Council to raise funds for the purchase of the sculpture, "Flower Dancing in the Wind". This sculpture is the first piece of art to be purchased as part of the permanent collection of the Lake Chelan Outdoor Gallery. |
