Riverwalk Park - Chelan WA

The Festival will be an opportunity for artist and patrons to meet and for artists to display and sell their Original Works of Art

  • All profits will benefit Lake Chelan area cultural programs

The Lake Chelan Arts Council would like to thank everyone who participated in the "Art by the Foot" project both for last year (our first year) and this year.

"Art by the Foot" is a silent auction sponsored by the Lake Chelan Arts Council to raise funds for the purchase of the sculpture, "Flower Dancing in the Wind". This sculpture is the first piece of art to be purchased as part of the permanent collection of the Lake Chelan Outdoor Gallery.
